Volleyball

By attending and participating in activities hosted by Project Serve, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in volleyball, fitness activities, games, and related event activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, falls, collisions, heat-related illness, or other accidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Project Serve, its owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while participating in or attending the event.

Medical Responsibility
I certify that I am physically able to participate in event activities. I understand that Project Serve does not provide medical insurance coverage for participants and that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Personal Property
I understand that Project Serve is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.

Photography & Media Release
I grant Project Serve permission to photograph, film, and use my image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, social media content, marketing campaigns, and future event advertising without compensation.

Code of Conduct
I agree to act respectfully toward all attendees, staff, vendors, and participants. Project Serve reserves the right to remove any participant acting in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.

Alcohol & Substance Responsibility
If I choose to consume alcohol or other substances before or during the event, I accept full responsibility for my actions and participation.
