ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in The Mana Method Pilates Co. Summer Reset Event involves physical activity, including but not limited to Pilates, stretching, movement exercises, wellness activities, pool access, and participation in services provided by third-party vendors.

I understand that these activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:

* Muscle strains or sprains
* Falls or injuries
* Dizziness, fainting, or dehydration
* Allergic reactions
* Injuries related to pool use
* Injuries resulting from participation in wellness services
* Other unforeseen risks associated with physical activity

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation.

MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this event and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

I understand that I am responsible for consulting with my physician prior to participating if I have any concerns regarding my health.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

* Independent contractors
* Instructors

from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including claims arising from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law.

MASSAGE, FACIAL & WELLNESS SERVICES

I understand that massage therapy, facials, skincare treatments, wellness services, and any other vendor-provided experiences are performed by independent third-party providers.

I acknowledge that The Mana Method Pilates Co. is not responsible for services rendered by independent vendors and release The Mana Method Pilates Co. from any liability arising from participation in these services.

POOL PARTICIPATION

I understand that participation in the rooftop pool party is voluntary and carries inherent risks, including slips, falls, and water-related injuries.

I agree to follow all pool rules and venue policies.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant The Mana Method Pilates Co., its representatives, and media partners permission to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, promotional materials, advertisements, websites, social media platforms, and future marketing materials without compensation.

NO REFUNDS

I understand that all ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
