By purchasing a ticket or attending any event hosted by STRENGTH IN THE CITY, you, the undersigned, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Photo/Video Release
You acknowledge and agree that by attending any event hosted by STRENGTH IN THE CITY, you may be photographed or filmed during the event. You hereby grant STRENGTH IN THE CITY the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and/or statements for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials, without compensation or further approval. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff before the event begins.

2. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
By attending any event hosted by STRENGTH IN THE CITY, you understand that participation in health, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent risks. These activities may include, but are not limited to, physical exercises, movement, equipment use, and wellness treatments that can cause injury or harm to you. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

You hereby waive, release, and discharge STRENGTH IN THE CITY, its employees, agents, representatives, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may occur during, after, or as a result of your participation in any event hosted by STRENGTH IN THE CITY.

3. Medical Disclaimer
By participating in any event, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of safely engaging in physical activities. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate in the event, you are advised to consult with a medical professional prior to attending. It is your responsibility to inform the event organizers and instructors of any medical conditions or special needs that may require attention during the event.

4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STRENGTH IN THE CITY, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to your participation in any event or activity hosted by STRENGTH IN THE CITY.

5. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held.

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the terms of this Photo Release and Liability Waiver and agree to be bound by it.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the event.
