We are partnering up with @sensapadel to celebrate wellness of our bodies 💪🏻 but also mixing in some extra fun

10:30 AM @carbon_nations Glute class 🍑 
11:10 AM @jetsetmidtownnashville Pilates 
11:50 AM @f45_training_thegulch 
12:30 PM Yoga 🧘 

6 Courts of Padel! 
3 will be used to teach/padel classes 
3 will be open play 

@coldtubs Will be providing Cold Plunging as well to stay nice and cool on this Summer Heat 🧊
