Summer Solstice takes place outdoors on a rooftop in Florida's summer heat. Please arrive hydrated, fuel your body appropriately, and participate within your personal limits throughout the day.

Movement sessions, sun exposure, cold plunges, and wellness activations may increase the risk of dehydration, dizziness, heat exhaustion, or fainting. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Solstice Collective and its partners are not responsible for injuries, illness, or adverse health events related to participation.

## **WEATHER POLICY**

Summer Solstice is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather, portions of the experience may be modified for guest safety.

Mad Hippie creates clean, high-performance skincare designed with effective active ingredients, minimal routines, and conscious sourcing in mind. Their products are vegan, non-toxic, cruelty-free, and crafted to deliver real results while respecting both your skin and the planet.


W8FIT combines functional movement and light weighted resistance to help improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness through fun, accessible workouts.

Breathwork

SOLSTICE COLLECTIVE – EVENT PARTICIPATION WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for and/or participating in a Solstice Collective event (“Event”), including but not limited to Winter Solstice, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this Event may include physical movement, exercise, breathwork, bodywork, recovery modalities, wellness activations, and other experiential activities that carry inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strain, soreness, dizziness, dehydration, injury, or other physical or emotional responses.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Event. I understand that Solstice Collective does not provide medical advice or diagnosis and that I am responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider regarding my participation if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or neurological conditions.

I acknowledge that I may stop or modify my participation at any time.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Solstice Collective, its founders, organizers, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, facilitators, venue hosts, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

This release applies to claims arising from negligence or any other cause to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solstice Collective and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my participation in the Event.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photography and videography may occur during the Event. I grant Solstice Collective the irrevocable right to use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video recordings, and other media for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation.

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is my responsibility to notify the Event organizers in advance.

Code of Conduct

I agree to conduct myself respectfully and responsibly. Solstice Collective reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned with the values of the Event, without refund.

Binding Agreement

I acknowledge that this waiver is legally binding. By registering for or attending the Event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms outlined above.
