Join us at The Hiatus Clearwater Beach as we kick off the start of summer with an afternoon of movement, sunshine, and poolside vibes.



We’ll begin with a 45-minute signature mat Pilates class in a beautiful air-conditioned suite before heading poolside for rosé, light bites, and the hotel’s Summer Solstice festivities.



Whether you stay for an hour or spend the afternoon lounging by the pool, think of this as your little Sunday escape with the girls.

SUMMER SOLSTICE PILATES LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By participating in Summer Solstice Pilates held at The Hiatus Clearwater Beach, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness activities, and related event activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, injuries, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Health Statement

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have consulted with a physician regarding any medical conditions or concerns that may affect my ability to safely engage in physical activity. I understand that I should stop exercising immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Gabrielle Lora, Forma Fitness LLC, Summer Solstice Pilates, The Hiatus Clearwater Beach, event sponsors, partners, affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

Personal Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am responsible for exercising within my own limits and modifying movements as needed. Participation is voluntary, and I may discontinue participation at any time.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the event. By participating, I grant Summer Solstice Pilates, Gabrielle Lora, Forma Fitness LLC, and event partners permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and promotional materials without compensation.

General Release

I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns
