10:15–11:00 AM — Beach Pilates 🧘‍♀️
An energizing Pilates class by the water with fresh air, lake views, and the perfect Sunday morning energy.

11:00 AM — Guided Meditation & Beach Picnic 🧘‍♀️🧺
Slow down with a relaxing meditation, then transition into a curated beach picnic with wellness snacks, refreshing drinks, music, good conversations, and beautiful lake views.
