Sunday Updates: Weekly runs & announcements posted on Instagram, Strava, and WhatsApp.
Two Run Types:
- Casual Runs (7 of 12 weekly): Flexible, route & pace decided by runners. See weekly polls in Sunrise, Sunset, and Lunch Run chats.
- Main Runs (5 of 12 weekly): Structured runs with dedicated pace leaders covering all levels.
Casual Runs:
- No assigned pace leaders (but you can volunteer!).
- Join a group or find a partner at your pace.
Main Runs & The Easy Pace:
- 80% of training should be "easy pace" (talk comfortably while running). It’s key to endurance, consistency, and long-term progress.
- All champions follow this—run slower to get faster!
Our Five Weekly Main Runs:
Tuesday Sunset Speed Run (CHALLENGING)
- 6:30 PM @ BK Borough Hall
- Structured speed workout w/ warmup & cooldown
- in-house physio, and speed coaches
Wednesday Sunrise 5K (EASY)
- 7 AM @ Promenade (southern end) → Ends at Náko Coffee (10% off!)
Thursday Sunset Happy Hour 5K (EASY)
- 6:30 PM (rotating bar location)
- Bag drop always available
- every other week

Saturday Long Run (EASY)
- 8 AM @ Luke’s Lobster (Under BK Bridge)
- Long runs build endurance, friendships & consistency
Sunday Morning 5K (EASY)
- 9 AM @ Pier 5
- "Hot Girl Walk Pace" available on these days
