# Sunday Morning Sprints & Spikes



Start your Sunday with a little speed, competition, and fun.



We’ll kick things off with a guided **stretch,** followed by **beach sprints**, cool down with an **ocean dip**, and finish the morning off some **friendly competition (All Skills Welcomed)**. Start the day feeling refreshed.



**Awards will be given overtime for:**

* Fastest sprint times&#x20;
* Most improved
