**Sunday Reset** is Sipsters Social Club's signature wellness morning designed for women who romanticize life.

Join us for a slow Sunday filled with movement, meaningful connections, and moments that recharge your mind and body. Whether you're looking to meet new friends, step outside your comfort zone, create beautiful memories, or simply reset before a new week begins, this experience is designed for you.

Enjoy a 45-minute Pilates class, a complimentary immunity ginger shot courtesy of Original ChopShop, inspiring conversations, photo-worthy moments, and a community of women who believe wellness is better together.

### Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in **Sunday Reset**, hosted by **Sipsters Social Club**, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

**1. Voluntary Participation**
I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a Pilates and wellness activity. I certify that I am physically able to participate and assume full responsibility for my participation.

**2. Assumption of Risk**
I understand that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, falls, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event.

**3. Medical Responsibility**
I confirm that I have consulted a physician if necessary and that I have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating. If I am pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have any medical concerns, I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain medical clearance before participating.

**4. Release of Liability**
I release and hold harmless **Sipsters Social Club**, its founder, event organizers, instructors, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, and **Original ChopShop** from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from my participation in this event.

**5. Photography & Video Release**
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, I grant Sipsters Social Club permission to use my image and likeness in future marketing materials, social media, and promotional content without compensation.

**6. Personal Belongings**
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings. Sipsters Social Club and its partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

**7. Agreement**
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
