Connie will guide you  through a sequence that moves  your body into poses in a dynamic and skillful way. While weaving a theme of uplifting inspiration that usually includes astrology.  Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath and mindful movement. Relax with guided meditation and breath work. During final relaxation (shivasana) Journey deeper while listening to the sound and frequency of crystal bowls chimes and drums. Leaving you feeling more like your most authentic self. 
   Enjoy complementary Yogi Tea and community on the patio.
Room temperature 75-83 drink water if needed. Laugh often,  Breathe constantly. everything else is optional. 
 Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Bring a mat if you have one and water if you'd like. 
**May experience  a little sweat and/or laughter.
