Because emo kids work out too.

Welcome to Sunday Scaries Club, an every-other-Sunday workout club for the ghouls, goblins, scene kids, pop-punk enthusiasts, and anyone who owns at least one band tee.

We meet at Ghoul Coffee Company at 9am and have something for everyone:

2-MILE RUN

Pick your pace: 10-min or 12-min mile. Yes we also run to emo music.

1-MILE HOT GHOUL WALK
Not into running? Walk it out with your fellow hot ghouls and doggies.

30-MIN HIIT WITH MILEENA
Rather stay put and get your workout in? Bring a yoga mat + water bottle and let Mileena handle the suffering.

Then stick around and hang with us at Ghoul Coffee Company — Sunday Scaries Club gets 10% off drinks. We like to shot gun matcha and scream every emo banger we can thing of.

TATTOO ARTIST
And yes, we're bringing the ink. A local tattoo artist joins us for some extra permanent Sunday Scaries energy. Because apparently working out wasn't enough commitment to the bit.

LOCAL VENDORS
We love showing some love to the people in our own community, so you'll find a few local vendors popping up with goodies to browse, shop, get your tarot read and obsess over.

Run. Walk. HIIT. Coffee. Dogs. Kids. Emo bangers. Questionable levels of caffeine.

because gym class would've been way better with your favorite band playing!
