We’re switching things up this time! 🥾✨ Join 623 Run Club for an **all-women’s community hike** at the **Thunderbird Conservation Park Trailhead**.&#x20;

✨ What to Expect:

-A **2-mile hike** with the girls
\- \~400 ft elevation gain
-Time to meet new friends + build community
-A quick group intro

\*Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can say hi, get settled, and start on time!

By participating in any 623 Run Club hike, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that hiking and participating in outdoor group activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, uneven terrain, elevation changes, falls, wildlife encounters, weather conditions, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless 623 Run Club, its organizers, leaders, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in any hike.

3. Personal Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this activity and will listen to my body, take necessary precautions, and hike at my own risk. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during the event.

4. Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to seek medical assistance on my behalf if necessary.

5. Photo & Video Release
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during events. By participating, I grant 623 Run Club permission to use my likeness in photos, videos, and other media for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, and digital content, without compensation.
