★ **Meeting Location:** At the Cathedral Rock Trailhead

★ **Distance/Route: ** 3 mile out and back hike!&#x20;

★ **What To Bring:** Water and any essentials you need for the hike! Mezcla will be providing protein bars for the hike, but bring any additional snacks to fuel properly.

★ **Theme: **&#x42;rown and Purple

★ We will gather at **6:45AM** and we will begin announcements & stretching promptly at **7AM** to begin our hike!
