📍LOCATION: Oak Street Brach - on the concrete typically a 2-3 minute walk north (1000 N Lake Shore Dr Chicago, IL 60611)
⏳ ARRIVE: 6:45 PM
⌛️START: 7:00 PM
🪩 ACTIVITY: 50 minute yoga 10 minute sound bath and/or breath work
🧺 stay after for a picnic & keep watching the sunset with new friends

WHAT TO BRING:
🧘🏽‍♂️ yoga mat
💧Water
✨ optional sweatshirt or blanket for the sound bath
🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️ your yoga bestie
🧺 optional snacks
