This uplifting, low-impact class is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and refresh your spirit. Whether you're a seasoned mover or brand new to Pilates, you'll be guided through a spirit-led flow to uplifting worship music and moments of prayer and reflection.

* Guided Pilates Flow led by Maribel Maignan – Build strength, flexibility, and grace through mindful, breath-centered movement.
* Faith-Based Intentionality – Experience moments of worship, gratitude, and prayer throughout the flow.

* Optional Ocean Dip – After the flow, feel free to jump in the ocean and cool off under the morning sun!
