We’re bringing Sunrise Pilates to Fort Lauderdale for our very first pop-up! Join us for a soul-nourishing Pilates flow in the park where faith, fitness, and fellowship come together at sunrise.

After class, we’ll head over to CREMA to enjoy complimentary coffee and connection with community.
