**sunrise sculpt at grass clippings golf course**! by nomad yoga

**friday morning 6:00-7:00AM at Grass Clippings Golf Course***

* this will be 60 minute bodyweight **yoga sculpt**
* all levels of yoga! modifications provided throughout. 
* please arrive **15 minutes early** for class, which starts at **6:00AM**, with enough time to check in through sweat pals , place your mat, and enjoy a peek at the sunrise! 
* **please bring**
  * **a yoga mat**&#x20;
  * **water**
  * **optional: ankle/wrist weights!** 
  * **optional: sweat towel**
* resistance bands will be provided! 
* there is **free parking** and **public restrooms** at the marina

In participating, I release Nomad Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

I grant permission to Nomad Yoga to take photo and video during the event, and to use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
