**join us for a FREE yoga sculpt class at the waterfront of tempe town lake!**&#x20;

things to know:&#x20;

&#x20;☆ 60 minute body weight / resistance band yoga sculpt class, led by nomad yoga's lead instructor, Abby&#x20;

&#x20;☆ class will begin at 6:15am, please show up early to find the perfect spot for your mat & settle in!

&#x20;☆ we will be located near the tempe town lake marina, on the NORTH side of the lake. parking is available by the marina in the large lot next to the grass (west of VELA apartments).

&#x20;☆ please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat!)&#x20;

&#x20;☆ resistance bands will be provided. you're welcome to bring your ankle/wrist weights as well!&#x20;

&#x20;☆ this is an outdoor event so please check the weather and dress accordingly, will be cooler in the morning! we will send updates if there are any changes due to weather.

&#x20;☆ there are public restrooms at tempe town lake marina&#x20;

&#x20;☆ every friday!&#x20;
