MOVE WITH FABY 5K COMMUNITY RUN

PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE

By registering for and participating in the Move with Faby 5K Community Run, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in a 5K run/walk and related activities involves physical activity and certain inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, dehydration, overexertion, traffic, and other potential injuries.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for determining whether I am physically able to safely participate. I understand that I should consult a healthcare professional before participating if I have any health concerns or medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Move with Faby, its owner, instructors, volunteers, event partners, sponsors, vendors, and the owners or operators of the event location from claims arising from my voluntary participation in the event, except where such a release is prohibited by law.

Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I authorize event personnel to contact emergency medical services and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.

Personal Belongings
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the event and that Move with Faby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photo & Video Release
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event. I grant Move with Faby permission to use photographs or video recordings in which I appear for promotional, marketing, social media, and other business-related purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment
By checking the box during registration, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, voluntarily agree to its terms, and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights.
