We’re BACK for our **fourth Sunrise Society Miami meetup** — and this one is going to be our **BIGGEST one yet!** 💕✨

Come for the movement, stay for the community. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, you’re welcome here! Our goal is to create a space where girls can move their bodies, meet new friends, and feel part of something bigger.

We’ll be doing a run/walk of about **3 miles**, welcoming all levels and paces. Whether you want to run, walk, or a little bit of both, you’re in the right place!

By registering for or participating in any Sunrise Society Miami LLC event or activity, I acknowledge that my participation is completely voluntary and that I am responsible for my own safety, decisions, actions, and conduct. I understand that Sunrise Society Miami LLC is a community run club and does not provide individualized supervision, personal coaching, pacing, route monitoring, medical supervision, or traffic control.

I understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in running, walking, jogging, fitness, and social activities, including but not limited to falls, trips, slips, uneven surfaces, curbs, potholes, obstacles, weather, heat, humidity, rain, lightning, dehydration, heat exhaustion, illness, physical exertion, fatigue, muscle injuries, sprains, strains, fractures, head injuries, serious injury, disability, medical emergencies, or death. I understand that these risks may result from my own actions, the actions of other participants or third parties, conditions at the event location, or circumstances beyond Sunrise Society Miami LLC's control.

I understand that participants may run, walk, or jog **at their own pace and at their own risk** and may separate from the group at any time. Participants may choose their own pace, distance, route, turnaround point, stopping point, or whether to continue participating. Sunrise Society Miami LLC does not guarantee that participants will remain together or that an organizer will know the location of every participant throughout the event.

I understand that runs may take place on or near public streets, roads, sidewalks, crosswalks, parking lots, driveways, trails, and other areas where cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, pedestrians, and other hazards may be present. **I am solely responsible for observing my surroundings and determining when and where it is safe and lawful to cross any roadway.** I agree to obey all applicable traffic laws and pedestrian signals. If I choose to jaywalk, cross outside a designated crosswalk, cross against a pedestrian signal, enter a roadway, or otherwise interact with traffic, I understand that I am doing so at my own risk and responsibility. I specifically acknowledge the risk of being struck by or involved with a motor vehicle, bicycle, scooter, or other vehicle, which may result in serious injury, disability, or death.

I understand that Sunrise Society Miami LLC does not provide police, crossing guards, road closures, barricades, or guaranteed traffic-control services. Any suggested route, pace, distance, meeting point, or running direction is provided for general community and organizational purposes and is not a guarantee that the route or conditions are safe. I remain responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggested route or activity and may modify, shorten, stop, or abandon my participation at any time.

I am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating and for monitoring my own physical condition. I agree to follow reasonable safety instructions, applicable laws, and the rules of the event, and to act reasonably toward other participants and members of the public. I understand that I should stop participating if I experience pain, illness, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other condition that makes continuing unsafe.

I understand that **Sunrise Society Miami LLC, Bunda Doral, CityPlace Doral, and their respective owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, run leaders, pacers, contractors, representatives, successors, assigns, and affiliates** do not control all conditions, persons, vehicles, property, or circumstances that may be encountered during an event.

**TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE SUNRISE SOCIETY MIAMI LLC, BUNDA DORAL, CITYPLACE DORAL, AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO MY PARTICIPATION IN OR PRESENCE AT A SUNRISE SOCIETY MIAMI LLC EVENT OR ACTIVITY, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSS, TO THE EXTENT SUCH CLAIMS MAY LEGALLY BE RELEASED. THIS INCLUDES CLAIMS ARISING FROM ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW.**

I also agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from my own negligent, reckless, intentional, unlawful conduct, or material breach of this waiver.

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal belongings and that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrise Society Miami LLC and the other Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced property. I also understand that Sunrise Society Miami LLC may photograph or record events and may use my image, likeness, or recordings for legitimate promotional, marketing, social media, and advertising purposes.

This waiver is a **continuing agreement** and applies to my participation in **all current and future Sunrise Society Miami LLC events and activities**, including running events, workouts, social events, and events held at CityPlace Doral, Bunda Doral, public parks, or other locations, unless Sunrise Society Miami LLC requires me to accept a new or updated waiver.

By submitting this waiver electronically, I acknowledge that I have read and understood it, understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, understand and voluntarily assume the risks described above, and agree to its terms **to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law**. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
