We’re closing out March with something special — an evening **Glow Night Sweat on the Ship** honoring the **Medal of Honor** and continuing our March theme of **Growth in Motion**. 🇺🇸✨

Join us **Tuesday, March 25th at 7PM** aboard the USS Yorktown for a night workout under the lights — red, white & blue glow encouraged. We’ll move with purpose, honor courage, and reflect on what it means to grow through strength, resilience, and community.

This one is about momentum — not just forward motion in your body, but growth in character, heart, and connection. When we show up together, we rise together.

Expect a powerful sweat, patriotic energy, and a memorable experience on deck as the sun sets and the ship lights up.
