Join us for our blissful Sunday yoga sessions on the beach!

Just follow the 77th street entrance and turn left towards the red and orange lifeguard tower!

Class starts promptly at 8:00am so please arrive a 10 minutes early to set up.

Classes may be recorded, if you prefer not to be in the shot please place your mat closest to the lifeguard stand and let me know before class so I can protect your privacy.

All levels are welcome, modifications will be taught to accommodate and you can always choose to take a break in child’s pose or any other pose that resonates!

Please bring WATER, a mat/towel, and wear comfortable clothing.
