***Start your morning with purpose!*** Join us  for an all-levels yoga session led by Brian Fehling. Brian is an advanced Yoga teacher known throughout the valley. He's currently teaching out of The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix, Forever Yoga in Tempe and private sessions for clients seeking personalized instruction.



***Next, an opportunity to connect.*** After regulating your nervous system through a mindful yoga session, we'll have time to introduce ourselves, and let you do the same!
