Sunset Beach Sauna

You asked if the sauna was coming back. It is.

Spend the afternoon on the sand with a wood-fired sauna, ocean plunges, and sunset at the end. Sweat a round, run into the ocean, lay out on your towel, and do it again.

No classes. No schedule. Just heat, cold water, good music, and good people.

What’s included:

• Wood-fired sauna rounds all afternoon
• Ocean plunges steps away
• Our signature "bush whacking" 🌿 Fresh eucalyptus leaves, heated in the sauna and swept and tapped over your body. It opens you up and smells incredible.

What to bring:

• Swimsuit
• Beach towel or blanket to hang out on
• Water bottle
• A friend
