A high-energy cardio drumming experience that boosts confidence, builds strength, and makes fitness fun again.

Bring your friends and pull up for a sunset rooftop session over the Nashville skyline at Fogg Street Lawn Club in The Gulch.

We’re combining exercise balls, drumsticks, and buckets for a full-body workout like no other — think cardio, HIIT, and dance all in one. You’ll move through 8 energizing routines with short breaks in between, drumming to feel-good tracks from Bruno Mars, Queen, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and more.

All fitness levels welcome — come as you are 🥁💛

After class, stick around and enjoy the rooftop at Fogg Street Lawn Club — good food, drinks, and skyline views as the sun goes down.

By attending and participating in Cardio Drum Nation classes as well as checking agree to this Liability waiver will act as your electronic signature.

I (as the student/participant of Cardio Drum Nation) acknowledge that Cardio Drumming with Toree Moore, Cardio Drum Nation, Cardio Drum, Cardio Drumming is a physical discipline that requires a certain amount of mental concentration and physical strength and endurance. I agree to work according to my own limitations; take full responsibility for my own safety and wellbeing and release Toree Moore (owner/ instructor), Tyler Holloway, Cardio Drum Nation, and Fogg Street Lawn Club from any liability associated with any instruction.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that participation in any classes online or in person with Cardio Drumming with Toree Moore, Cardio Drum Nation, Cardio Drum, Cardio Drumming exposes me to possible risk of personal injury. I am fully aware of this risk and hereby release all parties listed, from any and all liability, negligence and other claims, arising from, or in any way connected, with my participation in such activities.

By attending and participating in Cardio Drum Nation classes online or in person as well as my electronic signature to this Liability Waiver further acknowledges that I shall not, or at any time in the future, bring any legal action against any person listed above and that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successor and my assigns.

By attending and participating in Cardio Drum Nation classes online or in person as well as electronic signature to this Liability Waiver verified that I am physically fit to participate in such classes and a licensed medical doctor has verified my physical condition for participation in this type of class.

By attending and participating in Cardio Drum Nation online or in person as well as electronic signature to this Liability Waiver I am in agreement to this Liability Waiver  and will act as my continued agreement to all ensuing sessions, workshops and/or seminars whether in person, via Skype, Zoom or any other video conferencing tool.

Sensory Sensitivity Warning: Cardio Drum, Cardio Drumming with Toree Moore, Cardio drumming classes will use strobe lights, flashing lights, bright lights, and loud music and/ or sounds during, before and after participation.
