Free Pilates at Waterwall Park, all month long, two ways to show up:



**☀️ Flourish Mornings — Saturdays, 10 AM** Bright, grounding, a strong start to your weekend. July 4 · 11 · 18 · 25



**🌅 Sunset at the Waterwall — Thursdays, 7 PM** Golden hour, slower pace, the perfect way to put the week down. July 9 · 16 · 23



45–50 minutes. All levels. Always free. Just bring a mat, water, and a towel, and meet us on the lawn in front of the Waterwall.



Come once, come weekly, come however you need to. This is your standing invitation to come home to your body.
