An evening Pilates experience hosted on the oceanfront patio at Sip & Surf in Flagler Beach.



This 45 minute mat Pilates class is designed to help you move, unwind, and enjoy a beautiful summer evening by the coast. Following class, guests are invited to stay and enjoy a complimentary drink of their choice while connecting with others in the community.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & MEDIA RELEASE

By registering for and participating in Sunset Pilates Club, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness activities, and outdoor recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, muscle strains, heart-related events, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

2. Health Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary regarding my ability to engage in physical exercise.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Pilates By The Sea, Sunset Pilates Club, Jade Nodal, Sip & Surf, event sponsors, partners, volunteers, contractors, and property owners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising from my participation in the event.

4. Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for exercising within my own limits and may stop participation at any time if I experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any other concerning symptoms.

5. Weather & Event Changes

I understand that event details, timing, and location may be modified due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.

6. Media Release

I grant permission to Jade Nodal and Sip & Surf to photograph, film, and record me during the event and to use such photographs, videos, and recordings for marketing, promotional, social media, website, advertising, and other business purposes without compensation or further approval.

I understand that my image, likeness, voice, and participation may appear in future promotional materials related to Sunset Pilates Club, Pilates By The Sea, and Sip & Surf.

7. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and release.
