Golden hour meets movement, music, and community. Join The Kaleidoscope Effect (TKE) for Sunset Pilates in the Park, a family-friendly outdoor fitness experience in the heart of Downtown Orlando.

On Tuesday, we're meeting at Lake Eola for Sunset Mat Pilates in the Park - an all-ages evening of movement, music, community + purpose benefiting Libby's Legacy Breast Cancer Foundation.

@libbyslegacy supported someone very special in our fitness community through their breast cancer journey just this year!!! And yesss SHE WON!

Now, we have the opportunity to bring the TKE Fam together, move with purpose + give some of that love right back.

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
Ticket Types: Kids 15 & Under FREE with Adult Ticket | General Admission | Mat Pilates + General Admission
Hereby releases:
Releasees: Ross Partnerships, LLC and The Kaleidoscope Effect, LLC (TKE), together with their owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, partners, contractors, and event affiliates, under the following terms and conditions:
1. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being permitted to attend and/or participate in Sunset Pilates in the Park, the attendee voluntarily releases and forever discharges the Releasees from claims arising from participation in or attendance at the event to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Event activities may include mat Pilates, stretching, mobility work, bodyweight movements, dancing, recreational activities, and other general fitness or wellness activities.
Participation in the Mat Pilates class is intended for attendees ages 16 and older.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that Sunset Pilates in the Park is an outdoor community fitness and wellness event that may include:
A mat Pilates class led by Angelica, founder of TKE
Live DJ music and entertainment
Dancing and general physical activity
Outdoor recreational activities
A Kid Zone with activities such as bubbles, hula hoops, and other age-appropriate activities
Vendors and third-party businesses
I understand that physical activity and attendance at an outdoor event carry inherent risks, which may include but are not limited to falls, muscle strains, sprains, dehydration, heat-related illness, allergic reactions, contact with other participants or objects, and other injuries or adverse health effects.
I understand that outdoor conditions may include heat, humidity, sun exposure, rain, wind, uneven ground, insects, and other environmental conditions.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation and/or the participation of any minor attending under my supervision.
3. FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION
I understand that food, beverages, samples, or other consumable products may be available from third-party vendors.
I am responsible for determining whether any food, beverage, or product is appropriate for myself or any minor under my supervision, including consideration of allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities.
I understand that third-party vendors are responsible for the products they provide.
4. VENDORS & THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITIES
I understand that independent vendors, sponsors, performers, and other third parties may participate in Sunset Pilates in the Park.
My decision to purchase, sample, participate in, or interact with any product, service, activation, or activity offered by a third party is voluntary.
I understand that third-party vendors and service providers are responsible for their respective products, services, and activities.
Participants should use their own judgment regarding their ability to safely participate in physical activity and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.
5. MINORS
Children ages 15 and under may attend FREE with the purchase of an adult ticket and must remain under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian.
Each minor must have their own ticket issued in their legal name using the same email address associated with their parent or legal guardian's registration.
Each minor's registration must clearly identify the parent or legal guardian responsible for the child.
By registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they are responsible for supervising the minor throughout the event and voluntarily assumes the risks associated with the minor's attendance and participation in permitted activities.
The Mat Pilates class is designed for participants ages 16 and older. Children 15 and under may participate in designated family-friendly and Kid Zone activities but may not participate in the Mat Pilates class.
6. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT
If I or a minor under my supervision requires emergency medical attention during the event, I authorize event staff to contact emergency medical services and/or seek appropriate emergency assistance.
I understand that Ross Partnerships, LLC and The Kaleidoscope Effect, LLC do not provide medical services and that I am responsible for any costs associated with medical treatment provided to me or a minor under my supervision.
7. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant Ross Partnerships, LLC and The Kaleidoscope Effect, LLC (TKE) permission to photograph, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, and voice during the event and to use such content for legitimate promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, and archival purposes without compensation.
For minors, the parent or legal guardian completing the registration grants this permission on behalf of the registered minor.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ross Partnerships, LLC and The Kaleidoscope Effect, LLC, and their respective owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, partners, contractors, and event affiliates from claims arising from my participation in the event or the participation of a minor under my supervision, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below and/or completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Waiver & Release of Liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
I understand that purchasing a General Admission ticket does not include participation in the Mat Pilates class. Participation in Mat Pilates requires a Mat Pilates + General Admission ticket.
Ticket Categories:
Kids 15 & Under — FREE with Adult Ticket
Admission to the family-friendly event and Kid Zone. Must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Does not include participation in Mat Pilates.

General Admission
Admission to Sunset Pilates in the Park, including the live DJ, vendors, community activities, and event experience. Does not include participation in Mat Pilates.

Mat Pilates + General Admission — Ages 16+
Includes General Admission plus participation in the TKE Mat Pilates class.

This ticket gets you access to the sunset rave, event gifts, activations and vendors. Class not included 

This ticket is for kids 15 and under with the purchase of an adult ticket and gets your kiddo access to the sunset rave, event gifts, activations and vendors. No class.

6:30 PM check in with class running 6:45-7:30 PM. This ticket gets you access to the sunset rave, mat pilates class, event gifts, activations and vendors. Mat is included! ✨
