Join us for a gentle sunset healing session where the sound of the waves and intentional stillness come together to reset your mind, body, and energy.🧘‍♀️💫🌊

This 60-minute session blends Restorative Yoga, Guided Meditation, and a deeply rejuvenating Reiki Savasana offered by both Micaela and Reiki Master Marcela.

You’ll be guided into gentle postures supported by the sand, reconnecting with your body, softening your mind, and opening space for energy to flow with ease.
As the sun lowers and the relaxing sound of the waves surround you, you’ll receive Reiki healing designed to release tension, balance your nervous system, and leave you feeling renewed.

Location📍: 77th Street Beach

Bring: A Towel (preffered) or yoga mat, & a blanket

All participants will take home a special goodie bag curated with intention. 🙏🏻💫
