Please show up at least 5 minutes early. Bring a mat or towel, water, and then option to bring weights, balabangles or some sort of sculpt accessories!

By booking, joining, or participating in this Yoga Sculpt event in Prospect Park, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation in yoga, fitness, sculpt, stretching, and related physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, strains, sprains, dehydration, dizziness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, serious injury, or other physical harm.

You confirm that you are voluntarily participating, are physically able to do so, and have no condition that would make participation unsafe. You understand it is your responsibility to consult a medical professional if needed before attending.

You knowingly assume all risks associated with participation, including risks related to outdoor conditions such as weather, uneven ground, park surfaces, insects, and the actions of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the instructor, host, organizers, assistants, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in this event, including claims of negligence.

You agree to participate at your own pace, stop if you feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or distress, and seek appropriate care if needed.

In the event of an emergency, you authorize the instructor or event staff to obtain emergency assistance if necessary, and you accept responsibility for any related costs.

By attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
