What to expect:&#x20;

Roll out your mat from 6-6:45PM for an **all-levels yoga sculpt class** that mixes yoga, pilates movements, strength training, and cardio! Led by Abby the founder of **The Nomad Yoga Studio**.&#x20;

After class, stick around to enjoy drinks and a live DJ!&#x20;

Please bring:&#x20;

* \- Your own yoga mat
* \- Water&#x20;

Resistance bands will be provided for class.&#x20;

Parking on-site.&#x20;

Please arrive early! Class begins at 6PM.&#x20;
