I understand that by participating in the Self Defense Sunset Training, I voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activities, outdoor conditions, and group participation.

I acknowledge that:
	•	I am physically fit to participate in this self-defense training.
	•	I will inform the instructor of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations before the session.
	•	I understand that accidental injuries may occur during physical training.

I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, and location hosts from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during the event.
