A free 6-week community series for breath, sound & sunset.

Join us Monday evenings for Sunset Sounds — a free, family-friendly gathering in the park designed to help us slow down, reconnect, and spend a little more intentional time together.

As the sun begins to set, Calvin will guide us through gentle, accessible breathwork, followed by a grounding sound experience with Iris and her crystal singing bowls.

No experience needed. No pressure. Just bring something comfortable to lie on, bring your people (or come solo), and meet us outside.

Our hope is for Sunset Sounds to become a simple Monday evening ritual — a place to decompress from the day, connect with ourselves, and meet new people in our community.

Sunset Sounds is offered completely free to our community. If you’d like to support the series, there is an optional $5 suggested donation. Your contribution helps us continue creating accessible community gatherings like this one.

What to Bring

Bring a yoga mat or blanket, water, comfortable clothing, and anything else that helps you relax outdoors. A pillow and an extra layer for after sunset are always a good idea.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to find us, set up your space, and settle in.

Do I have to attend all six weeks?
No! Each Sunset Sounds gathering stands on its own. Join us whenever you can.

Is it really free?
Yes. Sunset Sounds is a free community offering. No purchase or donation is required. If you’d like to help us keep these gatherings going, you can make an optional $5 suggested donation when you register.

Do I need experience with breathwork or sound baths?
Not at all. Everything is designed to be approachable for beginners.

Can I bring my kids?
Yes! Sunset Sounds is family-friendly. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children throughout the gathering. We just ask that everyone be mindful of the shared experience.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. In fact, we hope Sunset Sounds becomes an easy place to meet new people in the community.

Do I need to stay for the entire hour?
We encourage you to stay for the full experience when possible, but we understand life happens. If you need to leave early or step away, just do so quietly.

What if the weather is bad?
Because we’re gathering outdoors, sessions may be adjusted, postponed, or canceled due to weather, air quality, park conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Registered guests will receive updates.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. Sunset Sounds is a recreational community wellness experience and is not medical care, mental health treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Please listen to your body and participate only to the extent that feels appropriate for you.

Photography + Media

Photos and video may be captured during Sunset Sounds to share moments from our community through House of Honey Belle’s website, social media, email, and other promotional channels.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, just let us know when you arrive and we’ll make reasonable efforts to honor your preference.

For children, we will not intentionally feature an identifiable minor in promotional content without permission from their parent or legal guardian.
