🌅SUNSET SPRINTS
Join DiscoFit Collective for an evening of movement, music, and rooftop views at Urby Dallas.

We'll meet at 7:15 PM on the rooftop of the parking garage, warm up together, then watch the sunset as I lead us through a series of sprints designed for all levels. No need to be a seasoned runner. Come ready to move at your own pace and have some fun with it.

I'll bring the speaker. You bring your sneakers + water.
After the sprints, stick around to flow, hang out, meet new people, and take in the skyline

All levels welcome. Come solo or bring a friend

Parking available on the first floor of the parking garage or the street. IF you're early enough, I'll let you up the elevator, otherwise the stair door will be open, take it to the top as part of your warmup :)
