Our Sunset SUP Yoga flow offers a peaceful and enjoyable way to bring your yoga practice onto the water, balancing on a SUP board. Immerse yourself in a 90-minute experience that includes scenic paddle to the class location, a 60-minute SUP yoga flow class, and a smooth paddle back to the center🧘🏻‍♀️. This magical experience will leave you wanting more! Feel grounded, connected, and stable in this calming yet empowering flow. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, SUP Yoga is for everyone 🕉️!

**Your reservation includes everything you need, SUP board, paddle, anchor, and even a life jacket,** so you can simply show up and enjoy. You’re also welcome to BYOB (bring your own board) if you prefer.

During our sessions, you may spot dolphins 🐬, sea turtles 🐢, manatees 🐳, and other sea life 🐠, a magical experience that words can’t fully capture 🧜‍♀️. We look forward to sharing this special practice with you!

### **What to Bring**

* **Water shoes** (**required** – our ramp is rocky; affordable options at Publix, Walmart, Target)
* Bathing suit or water-friendly clothing
* Hat or visor
* Bottled water (bring extra for during and after class)
* Sunscreen or other sun protection
* Towel
* Glasses strap if you wear glasses
* Your smile 😃



### **Parking and Details**

* Arrive at least 20 minutes early. **We’ll start sharp on time**.
* **Park with PayByPhone**, payment **covers for entire day** at the island.
* If you BYOB, you are welcome to unload your equipment by our ramp and then park.
