A casual sunset women’s surf meetup for anyone wanting to get in the water, meet new people, and enjoy a morning by the beach. 🌊

Whether you surf all the time or are trying it for the first time, this is an easy space to connect, move your body, and have fun with other women in the community. ☀️

We’ll meet at the top of Beacons stairs at 6:30pm and head down to the water at the latest 6:45. Make sure to leave yourself extra time to find parking.

By registering for and participating in a Rest To Manifest event facilitated by Chanel Bullock, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Activities & Participation
I understand that Rest To Manifest events may include, but are not limited to, yoga, Pilates, surfing, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, mental health and wellness education (non-clinical), group discussion, journaling, manifestation practices, and group walks. I understand that participation in these activities is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including physical injury, illness, emotional discomfort, or other harm.

I understand that surfing and ocean-based activities carry inherent and potentially serious risks, including drowning, strong waves or currents, collisions with other surfers or watercraft, contact with the ocean floor, rocks, reefs, or other objects, equipment-related injuries, changing ocean conditions, and injuries caused by my own actions or the actions of others. These risks may result in serious injury, disability, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to participate only within my own abilities and experience. I understand that I may choose not to participate, modify an activity, or stop at any time.

2. Dogs at Group Walks
If I choose to bring a dog to a group walk, I confirm that my dog is healthy, well-behaved, and appropriately vaccinated. I accept full responsibility and liability for my dog and its behavior at all times, including any injury, damage, or other harm caused by my dog.

If I do not bring a dog, I understand that dogs may be present at group walks and voluntarily assume any risks associated with being in proximity to animals.

3. Wellness & Educational Disclaimer
I understand that Chanel Bullock and Rest To Manifest do not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or other clinical services. All practices, education, and experiences offered through Rest To Manifest are intended for general educational and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any physical or mental health condition or to replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.

I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me and for seeking professional medical or mental health support when needed.

4. Personal Responsibility
I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities I choose to attend. I agree to listen to my body, honor my personal boundaries and limitations, and modify, pause, or stop any activity at any time. I understand that I am responsible for communicating any relevant limitations, injuries, or concerns to the facilitator.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release
I understand and voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in Rest To Manifest events and activities, including the risks associated with surfing, ocean activities, physical movement, group activities, and being outdoors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release, waive, and hold harmless Chanel Bullock, Rest To Manifest, and their respective facilitators, representatives, partners, volunteers, and affiliated parties from claims, demands, damages, or liability arising out of or related to my participation in any Rest To Manifest event or activity, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

6. Photography & Video
I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during Rest To Manifest events and may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, website, or educational purposes. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I agree to notify the facilitator in writing prior to the event.

7. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By checking the box below, I confirm that I have carefully read and understand this waiver and participant agreement. I understand that I am voluntarily participating in Rest To Manifest activities and agree to the terms outlined above.
