**We gather at South Pointe Park, facing the water, as the sky shifts into warm evening colors.**

**An opportunity for gentle yoga, breathwork, and a peaceful meditative reset for the Mind, Body & Soul, held by the glow of the setting sun.**

**📍Location: South Pointe Park, just next to Smith & Wollensky (on the West side), in the shade on the lawn facing the sunset over the water.**

**Bring a mat and water. All levels welcome.**&#x20;
