Connect your breath with movement as I guide you through gentle poses designed to help you unwind, release tension, and tune inward. As the sun sets, we'll settle into a restorative sound bath featuring a variety of calming instruments and nature inspired sounds that encourage deep relaxation and mindfulness.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation  I understand that participation in yoga involves physical movement and outdoor conditions that may include uneven ground, weather changes, insects, or other natural elements. I am voluntarily choosing to participate in this class.
2. Assumption of Risk  I understand that yoga, like any physical activity, carries potential risks including but not limited to falls, strains, sprains, or other injuries. I accept full responsibility for my own well-being during the class.
3. Release of Liability  I hereby release and hold harmless Yinstantblissyoga and its owner, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation in this class.
4. Medical Considerations  I affirm that I am physically able to participate and will listen to my body, modify as needed, and stop if I feel discomfort. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding any health concerns.
5. Photography and Videography Notice I understand that there will be photography and videography taking place during the class, and content may be used for promotional purposes by Yinstantblissyoga.
