Join us at sunset in the main courtyard at The Shops at La Cantera, centered around the sundial, across from AVEDA, for a warm, fluid, beginner-friendly yoga experience.

This class is designed to help you reconnect with your body through intentional movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness.
