Join us for a Sunrise Vinyasa Flow Class in Miami Beach! This all-levels yoga session is the perfect way to energize your morning and connect with your body, mind, and the beautiful nature around you.

What to Expect:
*   Guided yoga flow suitable for all levels
*   Breathtaking ocean views as the sun rises
*   Relaxing breathwork and gentle stretching
*   Good vibes and refreshing start to your day

What to Bring:
*   Beach towel or yoga mat (towel is better on sand)
*   Water bottle
*   Sunscreen
*   Positive vibes!

Location: We will meet by the blue & green 21st Street Lifeguard Tower.
There is a parking lot right next to the W Hotel South Beach, address is 2201 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Parking is free until 9:00 am.

Note: This is a community event, and all are welcome. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and find your space. We look forward to flowing with you under the Miami sunrise!
