OVER THE TOP XP LLC | GENERAL PARTICIPANT WAIVER & TERMS OF SALE
1. STRICTURE NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY
By purchasing a ticket for any event, trip, or activity hosted by OVER THE TOP XP LLC (hereinafter "The Organizer"), I expressly acknowledge and agree that all ticket sales are final.

No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to: personal emergencies, illness, travel delays, weather, or scheduling conflicts.

Transfer Policy: While tickets are non-refundable, they are fully transferable. If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket to another individual. It is my responsibility to notify The Organizer at experienceott@gmail.com of any transfer at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Event Modifications: The Organizer reserves the right to modify event itineraries, locations, or speakers. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

Chargeback Waiver: I agree that I will not initiate a credit card chargeback or "services not received" dispute with my bank. I acknowledge that this agreement serves as conclusive evidence of my informed consent to these non-refundable terms.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participating in events hosted by The Organizer may involve a variety of activities, including but not limited to: physical fitness, HIIT, yoga, strength training, social gatherings, travel, and business networking. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, ranging from minor injury to catastrophic accidents. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, for myself and my heirs, hereby release, waive, and hold harmless OVER THE TOP XP LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or loss for personal injury, property damage, or death arising out of my attendance at any event. This release applies regardless of whether the liability arises from the negligence of The Organizer or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of California.

4. MEDICAL FITNESS & CONDUCT
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I agree to abide by all safety rules and instructions provided by The Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from an event for conduct that is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.

5. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. I grant OVER THE TOP XP LLC the irrevocable right to use such media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation or further approval.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ALL TERMS STATED ABOVE.
