1. Voluntary Participation
I understand my participation is voluntary and at my own risk.

2. Health & Safety
I confirm I am physically able to participate, have no conditions preventing safe exercise, will follow all instructions, and will not attend if sick. I understand the event is not responsible for any illness, including COVID-19. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to attend or participate. Participants aged 16–17 must have a parent or legal guardian sign this waiver and must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Food, Beverage & Product Use
I acknowledge complimentary products may include food, drinks, supplements, or topicals. I am responsible for knowing my allergies and assume all risk from consuming or using any product. I release all event organizers, vendors, and sponsors from related liability.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Pilates and fitness activities involve physical exertion and carry a risk of injury or, in rare cases, serious harm or death. By participating, I assume all risks.
I understand that Pilates, exercise, and all event activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, equipment-related injuries, aggravation of existing conditions, illness, or other unforeseen incidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release Agnessa Elman, MPH Club, event staff, venue, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any claims or damages that may occur during or after the event. I will not pursue legal action.
If pregnant, injured, or under medical care, I confirm I have physician approval. I consent to hands-on adjustments unless I opt out before class. I agree to disclose if I am pregnant, recently injured, or have any medical condition requiring clearance.

5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agnessa Elman, MPH Club, and all event partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from my actions or negligence.

6. Respect for Venue & Vehicles
I will respect all cars, displays, and equipment. I will not touch or enter any vehicle without permission. I understand I may be financially responsible for any damages caused by my negligence.

7. Event Concept, Name & Intellectual Property Respect
SuperCars & Pilates at MPH Club is a curated experience created by Agnessa Elman. The event name, branding, class format, activations, vendor relationships, and overall presentation are the creative and intellectual property of Agnessa Elman. While similar themes may exist elsewhere, this specific experience is unique.
I agree not to attend this event with the intention of creating or hosting my own identical or copy event, out of respect for the creator and community.

8. Personal Property
I am responsible for my own belongings. The event, venue, and affiliates are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. No Refunds & Weather
All ticket sales are final with no refunds, transfers, or credits. The event is rain or shine unless unsafe. No refunds will be issued for illness, weather, or schedule conflicts. The event may remove any participant for unsafe behavior without refund.

10. Participant Conduct (includes alcohol & substances)
I agree to follow all event rules and instructions. I will not attend or participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment or safety. The event may refuse entry or remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

11. Emergency Authorization
In a medical emergency, I authorize event staff to call 911 and obtain medical assistance. I understand that all medical costs are my responsibility.

12. Photo & Media Release
I allow Agnessa Elman, MPH Club, and event partners to photograph or record me and use the content for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes without compensation.
