We'll kick things off in the water with a morning surf at The Venice Pier. After that, we'll walk over to Likeminded to enjoy coffee, cold plunges, and the sauna.&#x20;

**<u>The Details</u>**

**8AM: SURF @ THE VENICE PIER**

Meet at The Venice Pier Parking Lot at 8:00 am suited up and ready to surf. We'll check-in with a conditions report and exact location before the event.

**10AM: SAUNA & COLD PLUNGE @ LIKEMINDED ($16.50)**

After our session, we'll walk over to Likeminded on 116 Washington Boulevard for a sauna and cold plunge.&#x20;

Likeminded is offering Stay Stoked  25% off a 30-minute pass. This will be $16.50 and can be purchased when you arrive.

**<u>What To Bring</u>**

* Bring your own board and wetsuit for our surf session. Surf at your own risk - instruction will not be provided.
* We recommend bringing an extra towel and bathing suit for the sauna and cold plunge. Likeminded has towel rentals ($3) if needed.&#x20;

I understand that surfing and ocean-related activities are inherently dangerous. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assume all risks, both known and unknown, inherent or otherwise, associated with participation in this event.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE)
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, instructors, contractors, employees, agents, affiliates, and property owners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including those arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted under California law. This release applies to any injury, illness, property damage, or death arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
