On **Friday, May 29th at 5:15 PM**, we’re taking over **Rare Body Pilates Studio** for the ultimate experience that blends movement, creativity, and community.



Start with **Swamp Sweat + Sculpt**, a **45-minute infrared hot Pilates class** designed to energize and strengthen your body. After class, unwind and get creative as you **build your own Italian charm bracelet** (your bracelet is included with your ticket, with additional charms available for purchase.)

Enjoy **complimentary B12 shots** by YouGlow by Laura, plus refreshing mocktails and light bites to keep the good vibes flowing.

Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participation in Pilates classes and related fitness activities involves physical movement, exertion, and the use of equipment. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
-Muscle strains or tears
-Sprains
-Falls
-Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I may incur as a result of participating in this event.

Health Certification
I certify that:
I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation.
I have consulted a physician if I have any concerns about my health.
I will inform the instructor of any injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to participation.

Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this Pilates event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue: Swamp Pilates Princess LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or related to any injury, disability, or death resulting from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs (including attorney’s fees) that they may incur due to my participation in the event.

Emergency Medical Treatment
I authorize the event organizers to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Severability
If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver carefully and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue, and I sign it voluntarily.
