Sweat and Sculpt Club

A 45-minute class that blends high-intensity shadow boxing with low-weight, high-rep sculpting and resistance training — using light dumbbells and a resistance band. The method: we start by working the larger muscle groups through powerful boxing combos and HIIT intervals — getting the heart rate up and the sweat going. Then we slow it down with targeted low-weight, high-rep sculpting and resistance training to strengthen the smaller muscles around those larger groups, creating balanced, lean, total-body strength.
