Begin your golden hour with a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow at **Container Park**, an outdoor shopping mall and entertainment complex in Downtown Vegas. After class, wander through local shops to uncover unique treasures, enjoy an after-flow cocktail by Diageo Hospitality, and take home a curated skincare goody bag from Beauty Society.

After stretching and shopping, grab your drink, goodie bag and we’ll stroll through **Fremont Street Experience**, soaking in the neon lights, street performances, and iconic Vegas vibes. (*Walk time to Circa: \~10-15 mins*)

🏊‍♀️ **7:30 PM - 11:00 PM** – *The Afters at Stadium Swim* 🎶🔥
We’re taking over **Stadium Swim** for an epic rooftop pool party! Chill in our exclusive **VIP section**, dive into one of the six pools, enjoy bottle service with Diageo Hospitality, and dance under the stars.

Welcome to SurfYogaBeer Adventure! We at SurfYogaBeer have done our best to curate an unbelievable experience for our guests, and we appreciate your participation. The nature of our events entails inherent risk of bodily harm or death that cannot be mitigated or avoided. By participating in any activity at any future SurfYogaBeer event, you acknowledge that you voluntarily choose to assume all risks associated with these activities, and you freely waive any and all legal rights that you may have against SurfYogaBeer, LLC, their employees, principals, agents, or representatives ("the Releasees"). I certify that I am physically fit and have no existing medical conditions that could be worsened by participation in the activities offered at any future SurfYogaBeer event. I acknowledge that I'm responsible for my own actions and decisions during the activity and that I will not hold SurfYogaBeer, LLC, their employees, principals, agents, or representatives liable for any consequences.

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SurfYogaBeer, LLC, their employees, principals, agents, or representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from my participation in any activity at any future SurfYogaBeer event. I also grant SurfYogaBeer, LLC permission to use my likeness in any photographs or videos taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes.

ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, SUCCESSORS,
ADMINISTRATORS, AND ANY OTHER PERSON WHO MAY HAVE AN INTEREST AT COMMON LAW OR BY OPERATION OF STATUTE, I HEREBY RELEASE FROM LIABILITY THE RELEASEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY NATURE SUFFERED BY ME AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITY AT ANY FUTURE EVENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANYWAY CONNECTED TO OR OCCASIONED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES.
