Sweat & Chill Event Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in the Sweat & Chill event (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in all Event activities, including but not limited to cold plunge therapy, workouts, wellness sessions, and use of vendor products, is strictly voluntary and entirely at my own risk.

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that the Event involves physical activity and exposure to elements that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: slipping, falling, cold exposure, dehydration, allergic reactions, or other medical conditions. I knowingly assume all such risks, including the risk of serious injury such as broken bones, sprains, or other harm.

Health Statement
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and able to safely participate in all Event activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in any strenuous activity.

Release of Liability
I hereby irrevocably release, waive, and hold harmless Sweat & Chill, its founders, organizers, staff, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, event sponsors, and the property owners and operators of the Event location, from any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action, damages, or demands whatsoever, in law or equity, arising from or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to any injury, illness, death, loss, or property damage.

No Lawsuits
I agree that I will not pursue any form of legal action, lawsuit, or claim for damages, now or in the future, against Sweat & Chill, its affiliates, or the event venue, for any reason connected to the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained from falls, accidents, cold therapy, physical activity, or interactions with vendors.

Venue Disclaimer
I acknowledge that the venue where this event is hosted has no responsibility or liability for any injuries, incidents, or outcomes connected to my participation. I agree not to hold the venue or its representatives liable in any way.

Product & Vendor Use
Any product sampled, offered, or sold by vendors is used at my own risk. Sweat & Chill is not liable for any adverse effects or injuries caused by third-party offerings.

Media Release
I give permission for Sweat & Chill to capture and use my image, likeness, and/or voice in photos or video taken at the Event for promotional or commercial use without compensation.

Emergency Medical Care
If I experience a medical emergency, I authorize Event staff to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I assume full responsibility for all associated costs.

Binding Agreement
This Waiver is legally binding and applies to me, my heirs, next of kin, and assigns. If any portion is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in full effect.
