Kick off the day at 10:30 AM with a high-energy workout led by Taylor from Fit by TJ!

Taylor is a Natural Pro Bodybuilder, former model/actress, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in helping women get their spark back. 🔥

$20 per person • Limited spots • All fitness levels welcome

A separate $20 ticket is required for the workout. Grand Opening admission and the sauna & cold plunge experience are complimentary.
