🎟️ One day festival pass for either Saturday or Sunday is $45 and includes unlimited classes at the fitness mainstages, full access to all the festival villages and full day access to the event (10am -4pm).



Snag a two day pass for $75. Good for BOTH full days and unlimited access and classes.&#x20;

PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or participating in any Sweat Life Festival activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that Sweat Life Festival is an interactive fitness, wellness, and lifestyle event that may include, but is not limited to:
Fitness classes (including yoga, HIIT, dance, strength, barre, boxing, meditation, etc.)
Physical challenges, competitions, or demonstrations
Vendor activations and wellness experiences
Outdoor festival environments
I acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks including injury, illness, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation.
2. Health & Medical Responsibility
I certify that:
I am physically able to participate in festival activities.
I have consulted a physician if necessary.
I will modify or stop participation if I feel discomfort, dizziness, pain, or distress.
I understand that Sweat Life Festival does not provide medical insurance coverage for participants. I assume full responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge:
Sweat Life Festival, its owners, producers, staff, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, vendors, venues, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
Personal injury
Illness
Property loss or damage
Participation in festival activities
This release applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
4. Outdoor Event & Environmental Conditions
I acknowledge that festival activities may take place outdoors and involve variable conditions such as:
Weather
Uneven surfaces
Loud music
Crowds and movement
I assume responsibility for my own safety and preparedness.
5. Code of Conduct & Personal Responsibility
I agree to:
Follow instructor and staff directions
Participate safely and respectfully
Refrain from unsafe or disruptive behavior
Sweat Life Festival reserves the right to remove participants without refund for unsafe conduct.
6. Photo, Video & Media Release
I grant Sweat Life Festival and its partners the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record me during the event and to use my likeness, image, or voice for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in any media worldwide without compensation.
